Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw is a Belgian non-profit organization, established under enterprise number (KBO number) 0781.685.584 and conducted under the Belgian laws for non-profit organizations (vzw - asbl)., The formation, the articles of incorporation, the bylaws and its board can be retrieved hereunder via point 7.
Membership 60 Euros. The current yearly membership fee is 60 Euros, and ends December 31, midnight.
This membership fee includes a PSV insurance policy made available by Paardensport Vlaanderen. Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw will share your details with Paardensport Vlaanderen and Paardensport Vlaanderen will coordinate to have PSV issue the PSV insurance policy for equestrian activities as described in PSV's documentation issued by PSV. Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw can not be considered as an insurer nor as a policy issuing organization — we recommend the PSV policy by Paardensport Vlaanderen and are authorized by the member to share his details and personal information (obtained through the member's application completion) with Paardensport Vlaanderen vzw and PSV. Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw can not be held accountable nor liable for incomplete or mistakes in personal data or other data when sharing these with Paardensport Vlaanderen and PSV.
A membership fee is non-refundable.
Clinic fees, Fees for training events, Entry fees (competition) and event admission tickets. These fees are only refundable in case of cancellation of the event by Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw. Exceptions: in case the person(s) who paid the entry fee / admission fee (members benefiting a fee reduction / non-members who aid thee full price) and are hindered to participate or attend (for admission) because of reasons that are beyond their control (force majeure, health issues, circumstance of grave character,...), they can address their concern to Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw, Mollemansstraat 14, 2260 Westerlo and the board can decide upon full or partial refund at the first board meeting after receiving this correspondence.
Release of Liability — Indemnity agreement. All participants participate at their own risk and agree to hold Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw, its staff and its volunteers harmless in case of any damage, personal injury, equine injury, every type of physical or mental harm as a consequence of participation or attendance of training events, competition events, clinics, lessons, and other events, gatherings and/or activities.
Gipsy Horses Rodeo Cowboys Association vzw. The organization as such was founded de facto in 1984 and got incorporated early 2022.
